deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and must be
received within 3 days of booking your party. On receipt of your deposit
and booking form, confirmation will be sent to you by text (sms) or by email.
Any balance due is payable on the day of the party.
numbers
attending
The price quoted for a
house party is for a maximum of 25 children. If the number exceeds this please let us know 48
hours prior to the party.
travel
We will endeavour to
arrive at your party venue on time. We cannot, however, accept responsibility
for circumstances beyond our control e.g. adverse weather conditions, unexpected
traffic delays or accidents, vehicle breakdown.
bubble blower
The Bubble Blower is on
loan for the duration of the party, any damage caused to the machine due to
inappropriate behaviour by any quest will be the responsible of the person who
booked the party and therefore liable for repairs or replacement costs.
We accept no
responsibility to any damage or staining caused from the use of the bubble
machine.
photo’s
All photographs taken by Loopy Lenny Balloons at
the party are taken with the permission of the person or persons booking the
party. Loopy Lennys Balloons take no responsibility for any photo or photos that
do no print correctly. All photo files are the property of Loopy Lennys
Balloons. At
no time will any Photograph be made public or used on any public website or
social networking site.
All photographs will be watermarked and posted on a secure site and a photo link
will be sent to the party organiser in order to view and order prints.
For safety purposes this link will only be sent to the email address on the
original booking form. The party organiser may forward this link to family and
friends in order for them to order photographs. However Loopy Lennys Balloons
will confirm the identity of friends and family orders with the party organiser
before processing with the order.
adult
attendance
We do require at least one
adult to be present for the duration of the party
and a no smoking policy.
general
In an exceptional
circumstance, should we feel that a guest(s) is behaving in an unacceptable
manner, we reserve the right to ask the responsible adult to exclude the guest(s)
from the party.
